When sitting, lean your body weight into the Fascia Smashas to best control the pressure


Best Practices
☞ Best on carpets, rugs, or yoga matts
☞ Depending on the toughness of your feet, and/or if new to this type of targeted massage, start by gently rolling the larger of the two ‘Fascia Smasha’ spheres under your foot to loosen things up.
☞ Give yourself plenty of time as it may take time to feel the “breakthrough” and pinpoint problem areas and fascia build up.
☞ Move to the smaller sphere or pointed ‘Smashas’ when you’re ready to really target and release pressure points.

ABOUT US
I'm a small operation, started for the purpose of sharing the most effective fascia smashing foot massager of all time.
After using a golfball and tennis ball under my foot for a few weeks, I realized it was helping somewhat, but was far from optimal.
The golf ball slipped out too often, and didn't have enough 'dig' into the muscles and fascia, and the tennis ball was just too soft.
Wanting a better solution, I designed and 3d printed these -- with superior shapes and sizes to reduce slippage and give the ability to rollout & dig into the muscles and fascia.
The relief I got when using the Fascia Smashas was too good not to share! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
